Case Study: Ubisoft Entertainment UK
Surrey-based Video Games publisher Ubisoft is the UK and Export subsidiary of the publicly listed Parisian publisher of the same name.
Maintaining a Top-5 position in the worldwide video games sales charts and employing 3,500 people worldwide, the UK operation houses 60 Product Development, Sales, Marketing, PR, Operations and Finance personnel.
Ubisoft UK produce annually in the region of 6 million units of video game software and related merchandise and they required a logistics partner that could not only provide a secure, efficient, effective service for shipping to their UK and European partners, but one that was able to champion the UK office’s desire to be at the forefront of system integration within their worldwide organisation.
Together, Trilogy and Ubisoft achieved the goal of full integration linking Ubisoft&#amp;s worldwide PeopleSoft ERP system with Trilogy&#amp;s Syspro system, within the first 12 months of their partnership.
The modules that were integrated with Ubisoft now form the basis of the menu of modules available to all existing and potential clients. These include;

Following the Buncefield blast of December 2005, Trilogy was forced to operate out of a smaller temporary facility. With a degree of uncertainty as to the levels of service Trilogy would be able to sustain under such adverse conditions, the Ubisoft logistics contract was put out to tender.
After a 4 month process, the Ubisoft steering committee unanimously agreed that the ongoing contract should remain with Trilogy. This decision bears testament to the confidence and strong working relationship built with the Trilogy team over the preceding 21 months.
